Vale Graham Neal

Former long-standing Bruce Toastmasters club member, Graham Neal, passed away in Newcastle last week after a short battle with cancer. Kevin Ranclaud, President Bruce Toastmasters club. 20 April 2008.

Angela Greensill won both the Club International Speech and Evaluation Contests on 20 February.  Congratulations Angela!  She next represented the club at the Area 17 International and Evaluation contests on Saturday 1st March.  Congratulations on a  mighty effort Angela!

Mike McDonald won the Table Topics Contest at the Monaro Division Contests on 13 October.  Congratulations Mike!

Mike represented the  Monaro Division at the District 70 contest in Sydney on 17th November 2007.

Area 17 Humorous Speech and Table Topics Contests 22 September

Angela J. Greensill represented the club in the Humorous Speech Contest.  Well done Angela.

Mike McDonald won the Table Topics contest.  Congratulations Mike.  He represents Area 17 at the Monaro Division contests on 13 October.

Bruce Toastmasters club is awarded "Select Distinguished Club" for 2006-2007 by Toastmasters International.

Bruce Toastmasters club Speechcraft commenced on 7 August 2007. Graduation night was held on Tuesday 25 September.

We are planning another course for early in 2008.  We conduct Speechcraft courses once per year.  We will probably do this next in February. Please check our website in January 2008.

Club Humorous Speech and Table Topics competitions which were held at the club meeting on the 25 July meeting were a great success.  The meeting theme was "Christmas In Juy".
